Nice area and easy parking, but the staff never responded to my requests for fresh towels, Kleenex, and toilet paper, even though I asked; they actually removed my request from the concierge without fulfilling it, and there was loud noise, slamming doors, and shouting in the hallways.

The room was clean, but I was charged $20 for parking, which wasn’t included in the $405 room rate; people should know parking is extra.

The place has all the basics—gym, sauna, pool, spa, and more. But the pool and whirlpool sit in a cramped courtyard, so everyone in the hotel can see you and there’s almost no sun. The furniture in our room was old and marked everywhere, clearly needing a renovation. One of the two elevators was always out of service, making us wait a lot for the other.
