Extrem gutes Frühstück, tolles Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick und außergewöhnlich guter und zuvorkommender Service, chinesisches Restaurant super gut!!! Die Lage ist nicht optimal, aber das wussten wir vorher.

I had my concerns about the location as the hotel is not in the historical center, and to get there you'll need a half an hour drive (depending on the traffic). But using Grab, this turned rather into a convenient way of sightseeing. At the end of each day, wherever we were, it was very easy to find very comfortable transport back to the hotel. If we'd be staying somewhere in the city center, we would be walking on tired feed. I liked everything about the hotel - the swimming pool and the spa was amazing, and almost always empty during the morning hours. The pool is a good size to do laps, and it was really nice to start the day this way, and go to the sauna afterwards. The breakfast buffet deserved its price tag, it was exceptionally good/rich in options. We also tried one of the restaurants in the hotel, and it was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi. On top, our waitress recommended a place for bun cha - which was excellent too. The staff was very accommodating right from the start, I had a complicated reservation needing attention, and they were very quick by answering and solving all related problems very smoothly and fast

Staff were exceptionally kind to my family, especially my children. Downstairs, at breakfast everyone was especially kind. they made sure that my kids are getting to do some coloring while i quickly eat. they were interacting with them and making them very happy. i am amazed how kind everyone was to us. from reception desk to everyone i met in a lobby. i will definitely return

The facilities were clean and the staff courteous and professional, but the hotel is far from the city centre, so getting around took a while.
