The spot is spot on, the balcony lets you soak up the sun, and the host quickly handles any requests. The kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, free coffee, and the free parking is a huge plus. The price is reasonable. However, this place is a guest house, not a hotel, so there's no staff on site and you handle check‑in and check‑out yourself. Avoid the balcony room because the bathroom has a strong sewer smell that lingered for all three nights, even after we covered the drain and sink; we had to use deodorant constantly. It feels like a long‑standing issue that everyone who uses that bathroom will notice, so that room isn’t worth renting. We didn’t tell the host because we assumed it was a general problem, but the luxury room’s bathroom was fine and spacious. The luxury room is recommended. Our bathroom was tiny, under 3 m by 1 m, and we only got one toilet paper roll for the whole stay; the cleaning lady only gave us one when we asked. There were only two body washes (one per person) and two towels for three days, which is minimal. A fleece blanket was tucked inside the duvet, which I’ve never seen before and didn’t like. We requested an extra blanket and received it the next day without any hassle.
