Everything was fine, except the outdoor pool needs cosmetic repair; someone could get hurt by broken plastic pieces.
The hotel was fantastic. The staff were top‑level, all smiling, friendly, polite, and responsive. The animator, Maya, was a unique professional who entertained the kids while we had time to relax. The kitchen was great, with menus for both kids and adults. It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
“Breakfast decent, but could use regional flair”
The breakfast was decent for the price and offered variety, but I think it would be better if they reduced the quantity and focused on fewer, higher‑quality items. It would also be great to see more local dishes, even if that means charging a bit more.

However, the rooms we stayed in were full of broken items—fridge, shower holder, hanging doors that scratched the floor, a non‑working phone link to reception, a fan that didn’t work in one bathroom, and broken furniture. Even a hanging broken lamp in the pool area went unnoticed for two days. The outdoor jacuzzi looked nice but had sharp edges that could cut you.
