⭐ 1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Experience and Completely Different From Expectations I honestly do not understand how this hotel received a 4-star rating, because my experience was completely different from what I expected. The hotel is located in a very crowded area, and the surrounding environment had an unpleasant, strong smell. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was also very disappointing. The room had poor hygiene and sanitation, with dirty walls and an overall feeling that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. I was uncomfortable even touching things in the room, particularly in the bathroom, because of the lack of cleanliness. For a hotel advertised as 4-star, I expected a much higher standard. The breakfast was another major disappointment. The food provided did not appear to be properly presented or served to a standard I would expect from a hotel. There were no proper utensils available, and the food gave me the impression of being similar to street food rather than a hotel breakfast. I was uncomfortable eating it and did not even want to touch it. The biggest indication of how disappointed I was is that I decided not to stay for another night. The experience was simply not worth continuing. For me, this was a clear case of expectation versus reality. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone expecting the standards normally associated with a 4-star property. I strongly suggest that guests carefully read recent reviews and look at guest-uploaded photos before booking
