“Chinches de cama”
I was furious and disappointed with what happened. Staying one night under those conditions was totally unacceptable. I couldn’t sleep at all because of bedbugs, ending up with bites all over my body, plus the discomfort, unease, and worry that came with it. You expect a clean, well‑maintained place, especially one that lets you sleep peacefully. Finding bedbugs and waking up covered in bites is a serious problem that should never happen. Consequently, a week later I still had itching and had to see a doctor for medication.
“Tevreden”
The hotel sits right in the centre, which was great, and for the price we even got a room with its own bathroom. The space was pretty tight, but it worked fine for a single night. There was no air‑conditioning, so on a scorching summer day it was a bit uncomfortable, though on milder days it should be fine.
“Rilassante”
The room was bright, the shared kitchen idea was nice, the shared garden was very pretty, and the staff were helpful for anything you need; you feel at home. The check‑in at 15:00 felt a bit too late, but the staff did everything to give you the room as soon as possible.
The location, the room, and the staff’s friendliness were great. Nothing negative.
The receptionist was good. The housekeeping staff were not.
