Breakfast was amazing, the rooftop view was stunning, and the bed was super comfortable; the parking was a bit tricky to navigate and the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

The hotel is run by an older couple who make you feel like family, catering to every request, and the two ladies at reception are wonderful—friendly, kind, and attentive. The beach is less than 100 m away, which is really nice. The desserts like cakes and cookies are homemade, something I personally witnessed. I had no complaints.

The hotel is very beautiful, with attentive and extremely kind staff. The breakfast, both sweet and savory, is extraordinary with fresh, delicious products. The owner is very friendly and welcomes guests with grace. The restaurant is also excellent. Maremma is a true discovery, with very helpful people and extraordinary kindness. Ten and praise.
