While staying in Chōrūra, the hotel’s location is good for touring the center of Puebla. The city center takes about 30–40 minutes by car depending on traffic. The pyramids are visible from the hotel and within walking distance. Around there are convenience stores, laundry, snack stalls, etc. The restaurant staff were friendly. The center of Chōrūra is a bit far, about 20–25 minutes on foot. Also, because it’s on a wide street, you have to watch cars when walking around the neighborhood, which is a slight drawback. However, the front approach of the hotel is wide and easy to spot for Uber, so it’s best to be prepared for car‑centric travel.

The rooms are comfortable. There was no hot water at night and it took a long time to get even lukewarm water.

There is no phone in the room to call the restaurant or reception. That was necessary for me because I was recovering from surgery and needed room service.

Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y limpias. La verdad del personal los más agradable fueron los meseros del restaurante. El elevador no funcionó 2 de los días que estuvimos ahí, el detalle es que llevábamos a una persona operada de la rodilla. No dejaron la cantidad adecuada de toallas en la habitación, la llave se acceso se desactivaba casi diario, una de las toallas tenía una ligera mancha al entregar la habitación y me estuvieron cuestionando de que era la mancha en el lobby, las toallas tenían un muy fuerte olor a cloro
