The view of Cusco from the top floor is superb, and it's best to book those rooms; you can also arrange tours with James. The ground‑floor room has no view or a noisy doorbell.

The view is nice, and the young front desk and kitchen staff were very friendly, but the older receptionist insists on asking a lot of questions before checking you in, probably to upsell tours.

Breakfast and the viewpoint are good, but the heating is weak.

The place and terrace view are unbeatable; meeting Mr. James was a pleasure because he responsibly organized all the tours flawlessly! I did feel very cold at times.
