“Excepcional”

“No vale lo que pagamos.”
The location is very good. The hotel is so pretty and well restored. The hotel is located in one of the hottest cities on the planet and the room we were given had no curtain, only a veil that gave some privacy, so the room gets very hot and the sun comes in at 5 am. In addition, there is no adequately trained staff capable of addressing guests’ discomforts without escalating the situation. There is also no backup power plant for when the lights go out, which happens regularly here. So we were from 7 am to 5 pm without power, and therefore no water for those of us in the second‑floor rooms. This hotel does not meet the necessary comforts for the cost paid. It also lacks safety features in the bathrooms for elderly guests to grab onto and avoid accidents.

Location. The wall that faces the headboard had too much moisture at about 80 cm from the floor, which gave a closed‑in smell and dust that went into the air and caused allergies. The mattress on the pillow side was sagging, so we had to sleep upside down to rest better. The room lacks a iron and a closet.
