Being right in front of Termini Station made it convenient to hop on the hop‑on hop‑off bus and catch early‑morning airport buses. The fifth‑floor key was very hard to open, taking over 30 minutes to get it working. I thought I should have installed WhatsApp beforehand if I needed to contact the manager urgently. Replies via the booking platform’s messaging were slow.

A solid option for anyone needing to stay near Termini. The station is very close, and the apartment entry instructions were clear. Our accommodation had two rooms; the bedroom was spacious, bright, with a comfortable double bed and plenty of luggage space. The living area was well designed, but a spot to grab something on the go would help. The apartment is on the fifth floor of an old building, served by a small elevator. Wi‑Fi is good, there’s air conditioning (essential in this hot summer), and the high‑quality windows help soundproof the noisy neighborhood. The bathroom wasn’t to my liking; it felt a bit awkward—long but narrow. For a short stay, it’s more than acceptable.

The spot was fantastic, just a stone’s throw from the train station, and the apartment was roomy with a fully equipped kitchen and living area, plus daily housekeeping. It was easy to catch the metro, buses, and train nearby. However, my trash bin in the kitchen sink wasn’t emptied, the lift broke on my checkout day so I had to haul my luggage down five floors, and mold appeared in the bathroom window corners. After I mentioned it, the cleaner tried to clean it as best as possible.
