I was really let down by the hotel's management - they just didn't seem to care about providing good customer service. The whole experience felt pretty unprofessional.

One thing that was a bit of a bummer was that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room - would've been really nice to have that.

My stay here was a bit of a mixed experience. Some things were great, but others weren't so much. I guess it depends what you're looking for - it's not all bad, but it's not all good either.

I loved the hotel's location, it was super convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any international TV channels. Overall, it was a solid stay, but that one thing would've been nice to have. The hotel was okay, but that TV thing stuck out to me.
