“Un equipo increible en un lugar idílico”
When we arrived, we liked the place right away because it had everything we were looking for for a few days. It was quiet, away from everything to disconnect, cool at night to rest well… What we definitely loved and which made us extend our stay and spend more days on the south of the island were the staff and the great service they gave us. Christian, the chef, is spectacular, friendly, and attentive to every detail. I had never experienced a hotel that changed breakfasts to suit our tastes. If I saw us making sandwiches, the next day he would prepare sandwiches with freshly baked bread. The pizzas he made were also spectacular. We stayed mainly because of his food and his attentiveness. Special mention also for María, the waitress who worked nights, who was super pleasant and attentive and gave us great recommendations for places to go and where to eat. Without a doubt, if we return to the island for vacation we will go back to the same place, and hopefully we’ll see a new Italian restaurant on the island with Christian in the kitchen and María at the bar, because it would definitely be the best place to eat around there. The access road has many curves and at night there isn’t much visibility, but it is compensated by the views from the mountain top.
