It was close to the city center yet quiet, the staff were very pleasant, the beds and pillows comfortable, and the room had air conditioning. The sink was clogged, but we didn’t bother to have it fixed because our stay was short; the breakfast was tasty but modest, likely insufficient for those with big appetites.

Thank you so much for the hospitality! The staff were friendly and polite, and the rooms were clean. The location is convenient; you can walk to all the sights in 10 minutes.

I found the hotel incredibly beautiful with a unique interior design. The little courtyard was cozy, and there was parking for two cars. We booked triple rooms, which were very spacious. Hot water was always available, even though the area sometimes has outages. Breakfasts were superb—homemade, tasty, plentiful, and varied. They made porridge for the kids on request. Nearby there were many cafés, restaurants, and shops. The location was very convenient: the grey baths, the bridge, the square, and the cable car were all close by. Just remember that the hotel sits on a hill, so you’re always climbing uphill; taxis had to go up, but it was fine. We also climbed with the kids, and everything was okay. Overall, I liked everything, thanks a lot, and I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel has great character, almost Instagram‑ready. The interior is very beautiful and unusual, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with a buffet that seemed endless. The location is convenient—everything is close, including the grey baths, shops, and restaurants.
