“We had a fabulous week in Port Douglas and will be back!”
The gardens were pretty and the apartment was spacious with a good layout and clean. Everything we needed was there and the lagoon pool was relaxing. The pool itself wasn’t cleaned enough and there weren’t enough umbrellas around it. The buffet was average, the spa was dirty, and we had to wait a long time for food at the pool. The amenities felt tired and the staff were average, so the hotel could use a freshening up.
