The staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was the best we’ve had on the whole trip – plenty of hot and cold options and homemade treats.

The old‑world charm of the building, the breakfast, and the staff were all great, but it just wasn’t a place where we felt comfortable, especially around the pool.

The hotel is just a stone's throw from the city centre, spotless, and the room was stunning; Jessica and Victoria at reception were very friendly. Nothing negative.
