“Justito en todo”
The apartment owner was very friendly and helpful at all times. The common areas were spacious and quiet ✨ The location was good if you’re going to visit the Marley Mausoleum. The facilities need renovation; they’re very old. The TV didn’t work. There were no outlets in the room. No hair dryer was provided. Breakfast was very limited, just sliced bread with grated cheese and instant coffee 🫤

Hotel był zamknięty. Zrobiliśmy rezerwację przez Booking, po czym otrzymałyśmy nawet mail że zameldowanie jest do godz. 23.30… przyjechałyśmy do hotelu 20:30, na miejscu wszystko zamknięte…
“Zeer teleurstellend. Het zou zo'n gave plek kunnen zijn maar helaas!!!”
I booked two deluxe rooms, but I had no idea why they were called that. The place felt dirty everywhere, with cobwebs and broken chairs. We put our beach towel on the bed because we didn't dare lie on the sheets, and we skipped showering because the bathroom also looked extremely filthy. Breakfast was really minimal (they had scrambled two eggs for three people with one slice of bread). Dinner was again minimal, though tasty. In the room there were holes in the wall leading outside, holes in the ceiling in the bathroom (there was no ceiling, they had wooden beams on it), and in the other room the wooden floor was so unstable you felt like you could fall through at any moment. The electricity was dangerous; you flip the light switch and shortly after it sparks out of the switch. The fan had to be turned off because it was smoking. In our room there was an extra door to a private exit for a guest lady and kids were shouting there, as if they were in your own bedroom. I was overcharged; not like what was advertised on Booking. Suddenly, double taxes were added.
We wanted to visit 9mile for Bob Marley’s resting place, so we found this accommodation next to Bob & stayed for the night. The family was lovely and very welcoming, as if we were invited into their home. They arranged a heritage tour around the local area, visiting places where Bob Marley & Peter Tosh grew up, and we then visited Reggae Land. If you’re a BM fan or want to see the area, these guys took care of everything. Thanks for making our visit to Nine Mile unforgettable, 1❤️
