I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel; from the moment I arrived the service fell short of what a professional hotel should offer. The room was not properly prepared, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards. The staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming, and when I voiced my concerns they seemed indifferent to resolving the issues. I stayed in room 43,44/September, and for the price paid I expected far better service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Instead the experience was stressful and frustrating. The information provided online did not match what was actually available. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the hotel’s service, staff attitude, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
