Very good, very quiet, and the air‑conditioning was a bonus during the heatwave! We’ll keep the address for future stays. The welcome was super friendly—Pascal and Josiane made us feel at home.

The hosts were caring, smiling, and available; they welcomed us warmly into a beautiful, immaculate property, and the surroundings are lovely. On a business trip, we would have stayed a few more days—Pessac is ideally located to enjoy Bordeaux, the Arcachon Basin, and more.
