This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had; the room had no Wi‑Fi and no TV, the bed sheets were unhygienic with bugs/insects, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I asked housekeeping repeatedly and had to visit reception 5–6 times before any action was taken; even after reminders the response was very slow and unprofessional. The overall cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service standards were extremely poor. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the bedsheet was in bad condition and there was an electric shock in the bathroom.
