The location is very good. The receptionist was unpleasant and seemed unwilling to help us. The towels smelled damp, and the pillows were dirty and had a bad odor.

I found the room neat and comfortable, and the staff, though they couldn't speak a single word of English, were very helpful using Google Translate, even arranging laundry for us. The location is good, though it could be better; it doesn’t take long to reach the city center, but we should expect a bit of uphill travel on the way back.

The hotel was pleasant and offered all the basic comforts you’d expect for a comfortable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it. It’s close to the HK Bus Lines Terminal, so transferring to Hanoi was hassle‑free. The only drawback was the absence of an elevator.
