“O quarto é muito bom, mas faltou comunicação da recepcionista”
The accommodation is very good, but the receptionist at check‑in did not inform us that we needed to ask for the room to be cleaned, so the room was not prepared.

The room was roomy and spotless, and the breakfast looked comparable to other hotels even though we skipped it. The lack of an elevator forced us to haul our luggage up the stairs to the second floor.

It’s very convenient to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and downtown Hanover, but the breakfast was very basic.

The place was clean, the climate control was great, access was easy, and the location was spot on. Getting to the second level was a bit tough for people with mobility issues, but the staff were eager to help.

The location worked well for our needs, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very friendly. However, the price felt outrageously high for what the hotel offered, and the bed’s metal spring was quite uncomfortable.
