The food was delicious and the bed felt great, plus I enjoyed the silk‑woman dryer experience and the cypress‑wood bath; the premium room felt spacious and airy. Unfortunately, weeds were overtaking the garden, the terrace chair was covered in dandelion fluff and grime so I couldn’t sit, and I found spider webs and dead insects, the floor already showed many scratches despite the hotel being new, I think you need dedicated slippers for the toilet if you’re staying in a Japanese‑style room, and several staff members struggled with Japanese.

“Luxury hotel with huge rooms and ski in/out services”

Luxury hotel with excellent ski in/out service. It is connected to 2 other hotels with an internal corridor so you can access many restaurants and shops. Rooms are super spacious. We booked the family room on 1F that has its garden. The garden was filled with snow which made our kids super happy. There was also free afternoon tea and drinks (with quite a bit of choices) every day with live music. Staff seemed newly trained and were not very knowledge in terms of hotel policies. We called the front desk to ask about how to use the drink tickets and they gave us the wrong info. Also, communicating with staff in the ski concierge in English was difficult

The hotel is very clean, modern, and quiet. It could offer more western menu options.

The rooms and facilities were excellent and so were the staff. Not much I didn’t like. Maybe heavier weights in the gym 😏

I loved the vibe here, the staff were super friendly, and the bartender was really cool. The cigar lounge was a nice touch too. That being said, some parts of the hotel did feel a bit worn out, but it didn't detract from my overall experience.
