Bruges was within walking distance. There was a free parking spot right outside the door and a supermarket just across the street for all supplies, plus a bakery nearby. A breakfast on site would have been nice if requested.

The room was pleasant – private bathroom, a tiny kitchenette stocked with dishes and a fridge, and a bed that felt comfortable enough. It sits in a quiet neighbourhood about a 15‑minute walk from the centre, and the owner was genuinely friendly; breakfast was decent too. Only downside was the bathroom shutters that rattled in the wind and kept us up at night.

A calm spot about a 15‑minute stroll from the city, with shops and services close by, free parking on site and a warm welcome from the owner made the stay very enjoyable. Nothing else to complain about.

The place is only 1.7 km from the Old Town and even has a parking space right next to the house, which was handy. The room itself was fine, but it lacked any kind of wardrobe, so storing clothes was a bit awkward.
