The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Location is great for main attractions and they organise social events every day, that helps to connect with other travellers. And rooms baths are always clean and tidy!

The location was convenient—tram, metro, and bus stops are within walking distance, and major tourist spots are reachable. Memo and Faruk were excellent hosts, ensuring we stayed trouble‑free in Istanbul and offering affordable, useful suggestions that made my visit very comfortable.
