The receptionist was kind; the common areas were not cleaned, dust on the walls in the room, the bathroom trash can didn’t close, the bathroom light switch was dirty, the bathroom door didn’t close fully, the broken window frame, stains on the bed sheets, we couldn’t enjoy the restaurant in the evening even though the reviews and photos were enticing, and the façade maintenance was lacking.

The welcome and comfort were solid, and the restaurant plus breakfast were very good, but the stairs to the rooms were a hassle; an elevator would be sensible, and a bread grill is missing from breakfast.
