Breakfast was fine—nothing special but correct. The location is superb, close to everything: metro, train, tourist spots, shopping centers. Reception staff are always ready and courteous. However, extra caution is needed in the area to avoid unpleasant incidents, though police presence is good. Cleaning was lacking both in the room and common areas. There’s no iron or ironing service. The bathroom is too small, making movement difficult, and it’s not recommended for larger guests.

Breakfast is acceptable for the price paid. The room is quite old and not updated, but it’s adequate for sleeping.

I loved the location, but everything else was just fine.

The staff were nice, but the two rooms I was given were in an old building with worn furniture, and the bed and mattress were uncomfortable. When I tried to check out early and get a refund for the remaining nights, they said it wasn’t possible because the reservation came through booking. They offered an upgrade to a double‑bed room, but I had to pay an extra 100 reais per night, which made things a bit better.
