The accommodation was very close to the train station, which was perfect for us; everything was very clean, the room and interior spaces were comfortable, and everything was flawless. We enjoyed our stay and loved Venice. Everything was perfect.

The location, the quality and taste of the lodging, the welcome and organization—all were perfect. The establishment is extraordinary, and I recommend it without hesitation. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect for feeling comfortable.

I got a good deal for Venice. The towels were fluffy and clean, and the kitchen was free to use, which was great. The jacuzzi was included, but it looked older than the photos, so I didn’t feel like using it. The room key was difficult to open, especially the second key from the outside, which couldn’t be opened from the inside without a key, and I struggled at checkout.

The spot is close to the train station, so getting there is easy and quick. The room’s decor was very pleasant. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t offered.

The place sits near major transport links, and the kitchen was fully equipped with large appliances, clean and tidy. I appreciated the private bath outside the room; it was surprising how quiet it was compared to the small room’s noise, and there were no odors—yay! There’s also a dining table area for meals with friends. The downside was that the only way to reach the unit was by walking from the bus station, since a taxi could only get you close because of the canals. Two small bridges had to be climbed up and down, and with our heavy luggage we were exhausted and frustrated. If we’d known there were people who could carry our bags across the bridge, it would have been fine, but we didn’t find them until the last day; thankfully they came to take us after check‑out. The host should have warned us about this, because it left us tired and stressed from the start.
