I had a terrible experience at this hotel, despite the room being clean. The constant noise from the kitchen above and traffic outside made it difficult to rest, and the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I paid for five nights upfront, only to check out early and not receive the refund I was promised for the unused nights. The hotel completely ignored my requests for the refund, which was frustrating and disappointing.

While I did appreciate the hotel's convenient location, near the metro station and some great eateries, there were several issues with my stay. The room was much smaller than I had been led to believe, with no space for the sofa or even a bench for our bags. To add to the disappointment, the TV only had Uzbek channels, and even those weren't working. The unfriendly staff at the counter didn't help.

I was really put off by the street lantern outside my window, which shone its beam directly onto my bed. It made for a pretty uncomfortable stay, to say the least.

I found the hotel's location and amenities to be convenient. However, I was disappointed with the TV, which was not smart and had limited channels. This detracted from my overall experience, as I couldn't access my usual programs.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left much to be desired. The building itself looked decent, but the staff's lack of attention to detail and poor communication skills were a major letdown.
