Breakfast was really good, expertly managed by Hanibal, and we were able to switch to a room with a superb view of the mountains across the valley, which we appreciated; we liked the location even though it wasn’t central, and the Innsbruck card was a real bonus.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the train station was a short walk away, and overall I would recommend it.

After arriving, the staff on site were very friendly, but during breakfast in the morning the reception team behaved in a very unfriendly, customer‑unfriendly way that I would describe as rude. I had a heated argument with an employee who, in a commanding tone, told me to sit down before I could ask for a coffee. It was a truly bizarre experience that ruined my entire stay.

I came from Saudi Arabia and was thrilled to stay at this hotel in Zell am See. The place was spotless, calm, and perfectly located, making me feel at ease and welcomed throughout my visit. Elisabeth was absolutely delightful, always smiling, cheerful, and very kind. Julia was very helpful and cooperative, and Sabrina was always quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Eric was a bit shy and didn’t smile often, but he remained very kind and polite. I really enjoyed the vibe, the people, and the whole experience, leaving with happy memories and definitely wanting to return. Thank you for making our stay so lovely! The only small thing I’d mention is that I’d have liked to stay longer.

The location, the discounts the property offers, and the reading area are great. The parking is a bit far, but that isn’t a problem.
