The breakfast was excellent, the spot is close to the mall, the place is clean and generally hassle‑free, but my first‑floor apartment seemed to be next to the laundry, and at times I could hear the machines running, though it wasn’t loud.

The staff were friendly, the location was fine, and the room was good, yet the bathroom shower stalls lack protective bars, the elevator in the garage has a ramp, and the floor in the shower stall is slippery.

Cleanliness was solid, but the parking layout was awful; on the first night everything was fine, but by the second night it was full. The only spot that could be used was marked “reserved” by a staff member, while the other single open space was unusable because a car was parked improperly and no one from the team addressed it. I ended up parking in the “reserved” spot against the staff’s wishes, offered to leave the key and let them move the car at any time, but it was very uncomfortable.
