The spot is ideal, just 3 minutes from the city and the beach. The room is large, the bedding clean and comfortable, though there is a damp smell that seems common in Sri Lanka; the air‑conditioning makes a big difference. A hair dryer might be missing and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work well.

Tangalle beach is a 5‑minute walk away, and the city centre is also close to the villa. The villa offers plenty of space, well‑equipped rooms, and a quiet surrounding area. Excellent service is available whenever you need it. Pick this spot and you’ll be satisfied.
