Sanchz Aqua Lounge Hotel by Chat Noir

Nothing positive. The parking listed in the references turned out to be an open pasture in front of the hotel with no security. When I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, they made me pay half and when I arrived they opened the room to find belongings of another guest; I was shocked to see other people's items, so they moved me to a small room with two beds. One bed prevented circulation in the room, so I asked for it to be removed and a table to put my things on; they removed the bed but left nothing, so I had to put my belongings on the floor. The bathroom handle was broken, the keys were in bad condition and the bathroom drain let all the water from the sink out. There was an event in the hotel and because the rooms didn't isolate sound, music, shouting and laughter could be heard at full volume, making it impossible to rest. Breakfast was included, but when I asked to change the juice to a sugar‑free option, even offering to pay extra, they simply said it couldn’t be done.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t as clean as expected; we found people’s hair in the bed. The swimming pool was not operating on the day we stayed, but luckily it was just one night.

La ubicación, excelente sector cerca de una Unidad de Policía Comunitaria. Muy seguro, cerca venden pinchos, calidad precio aceptable, y rico. El desayuno excelente. La salida lo pudimos hacer a las 13.00. es un buen hotel pero le falta revisar las instalaciones. La habitación estaba húmeda, el agua del baño se filtraba a la habitación y por eso la madera del suelo estaba levantada, se pisaba y salía agua. El aseo creo que no fue hecho al 100%, el suelo estaba meloso como que no le quitaron todo el jabón al final. La cama sonaba fatal, aunque eran marcos de metal de la cama, las patas de la cama eran de madera y no sé por qué, pero sonaba fatal. No tenían de venta ropa de baño, así que nunca hicimos uso de la piscina ni del sauna. Nunca contestaron al teléfono cuando se llamaba desde la habitación marcando *101 (número que estaba en las indicaciones del cuarto). El agua caliente iba y venía, no era constante. El dispensador del jabón estaba dañado. En el comedor una de las piezas del porcelanato estaba despegada del suelo

The bed was very comfortable. The hot water lasted only a short time and I had to move to the event hall; every day there was too much noise and commotion in room 106 from early morning until night.
