The location is great and the staff are very friendly, but the kitchen was slow and it was obvious that there wasn’t enough staff. The air‑conditioning unit in my room was right next to the bed, blew extremely loudly, and kept running all night.

The location is good. The room was not cleaned for several days even after I asked for it to be done.

The room was clean on arrival, the bed was good, the location was great, the room was ready a little before check‑in time and they allowed a one‑hour checkout extension. At check‑in we asked for room service on one of the days we were there, but no one came. The lobby is on the 9th floor (not the ground floor), so it’s inconvenient if you want to stop by to speak to someone on your way out. The sink only produced hot water, and the stream was thin; we asked someone to fix it, but they either didn’t come or couldn’t fix it and I received no feedback. The hotel entrance, lobby, and hallways were quite bare and not up to the price. There was no view from the room.
