The hotel is very pretty, comfortable, and has a funicular that takes you up to the rooms on the hilltop. Breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. The access to the hotel is a bit difficult, both for reaching the hill’s center and the beaches, because there are many steep climbs and descents; it wasn’t a problem for us, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues.

Breakfast is well diversified, cleaning is a perfect 10, and the staff are very attentive.

The hotel is close to the center, offers a funicular to the rooms, and the overall structure is good. The staff are attentive and welcoming. The bathroom is very cramped, the room cleaning was lacking, and on the last night they even cut the air‑conditioning supply.

The room was great, the bed was super comfy and the hotel itself is wonderful. However, the room cleaning was awful – it looked like they didn’t clean at all and the carpet wasn’t even changed when they did the cleaning. The bathroom drain keeps clogging; even when I turn the shower off and on, the water just backs up.
