“Asked extra amount”
No access was provided, the service was poor, and I was asked to pay extra.
“Clean and hygiene is needed more”
During my stay, I was relieved to find that the air conditioning and geyser were functioning properly, which was a welcome respite from the heat. However, I was disappointed to see that the room's table and wardrobe were not kept clean, which detracted from my overall experience.
