Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The bed was comfy, the facilities were excellent, the rooms were lovely and clean, the location was great, the staff were welcoming, and they offered complimentary tea and coffee.

I have been there many times, but the shower floor was dirty.

The rooms were spacious, very sound‑proof, and the free coffee—or, in my case, free hot chocolate—was great, but the shower pressure was poor, the pull‑out couch in my room was not built correctly and I couldn’t use it as intended, and unfortunately a lamp in our room didn’t work and its cord was cut.

It was quite good, but there was no breakfast.

En general estuvo muy bien. Le faltaba un poco más de limpieza
