The building itself is decent, but the overall facilities and service feel flat and there's a huge gap between what the pictures promise and what you actually get. The design and management seem to be handled by different people. I booked a two‑bedroom dormitory; there’s only one lock on the door, which felt scary. The bathroom door didn’t lock either, which was also frightening. Across three rooms there was only one toilet and one shower each. Neither the bathroom nor the kitchen had any soap. The kitchen had the bare minimum cooking gear, but no dish towels. A loud, drunken troublemaker stayed on the same floor the whole time, and the room had no soundproofing, so the noise came straight through. I asked the staff to fix it, but they didn’t do much.
