Being in the historic centre was great, but finding parking was a huge hassle, and I didn’t know this beforehand; plus the price was inflated by Booking.

A hidden treasure in Brusson’s old town, surrounded by the timeless charm of an untouched alpine village with fountains, cattle troughs, stone‑ and wood‑clad houses, and a breathtaking valley view. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast in the room was plentiful, the room itself was very clean and warm. Communication throughout the stay was excellent, the price was great (I stayed for New Year), and I highly recommend it. It’s close to a supermarket, free parking spots a bit further down the road, and near the main road with bus links to other valley towns.

I only needed a place to sleep and shower, nothing else, so the hotel was perfect for that. If you’re after a spa or want to stay on the premises, it’s not the right spot. The only issue was a single parking spot accessible via a very narrow side street, which is typical in mountain villages, so nothing to complain about.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and there were plenty of drawers and shelves. It’s right in the centre of Brusson, and you can walk to Gino al Lago. The room was a bit damp; nothing dried, so my pajamas stayed wet, and parking was difficult.
