8 hours no power in hotel. Hotel owner not given proper solution

The staff were friendly and behaved well, but the room and amenities were dirty, with a cockroach and bed bugs spotted; the washroom didn’t meet expectations, the window was missing, and the place looked unclean, showing old photos and still taking bookings. Because of the timing and situation, I was forced to stay.

I didn't like single point in that facility, they charged extra for for prior checkin and no proper response from the staff.No service boy to bring some water bottles tiffins or any other , I went as a single I am very unsatisfied, if family went means they will suffer alot and my suggestion don't prefer this one. No Celing Fan and No AC as per amenities mentioned, Geaser not working, No Lights, only 2 dim lights in room, No Towel, Soap and shampoo facility ,, Bathroom is also not good, Not able to flushing also
