The location was fantastic, but the rooms got very hot and felt stuffy.

The spot is good, the sauna is gorgeous, the restaurant’s dining room is nice, and the Nuxe toiletries are a plus. On the downside, the bathroom feels a bit cheap, the white light in the room isn’t very cozy, the breakfast quality is just average for the price, there’s no mini‑fridge in the room, and the whole hotel’s tropical wallpaper theme feels out of place for a mountain setting.

The staff were friendly, the location was excellent, the breakfast and sauna were wonderful, but some areas feel a little dated.

The staff were friendly, but we had to climb stairs to reach our room because there was no lift.
