The location was great for catching an early‑morning flight, and they let us pick between a room with a view or one closer to the entrance—there’s no elevator. The staff were absent, so we had to reach them via WeChat, and later that night they showed up with friends and colleagues smoking in the lobby despite the no‑smoking signs. The rooms have no soundproofing, so every plane overhead is audible. The bathroom was tiny, filthy, and the shower was clogged with hair that had been there for a while, preventing water from draining. We asked for plastic slippers to avoid walking in the dirty water and hair, but those slippers were also dirty. The mattress felt like cardboard.

Everything was flawless: the room was spotless and comfortable, the location superb, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made the trip much smoother and more enjoyable. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about; everything met or surpassed my expectations.
