The hotel provides free WiFi, and is close to shopping areas, Hilversum Media Park, and train station, with easy access to Amsterdam and Utrecht.

The staff were friendly. The room was large and clean. The location was excellent. However, part of the hotel is used as an asylum centre for young men; they should inform the public and offer their rooms at a much lower rate.

Everything was fine, but we booked for three nights and ended up with the smallest room available, and there were no other issues.

The suite was spacious and fully equipped. Luxury shower products, bath salts, etc. were ready for use. It’s a special hotel with a rich cultural and architectural history. The breakfast was fresh, but the selection was limited.

The location of the hotel was decent, but the price was far too steep. I paid €1000.00 for five nights and there wasn’t a safe in the room, nor any wardrobe to get my clothes and laundry out of the suitcase. The breakfast was barely there, and I’m used to better service at smaller places. The building feels old, the shower had no door, and on the second day the charging cable for my health watch was taken from the room, leaving me unable to use the watch ever since—a huge disappointment and the worst thing that’s happened to me with a booking.

I loved the size of the family room – plenty of space to stretch out, a coffee machine and free water were a bonus for sure, and it was very clean and quiet too. Nothing else; I was only there for one night.
