The staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely - always friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what I was expecting, and the area was great with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. It's a shame that the hotel's location is right next to a busy road, but overall I was really happy with my stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with loads of cafes and food places nearby. However, the room was a different story - it was really dirty and smelled terrible. I was expecting a lot more from a place that's supposed to be a decent hotel.

The room was spacious and came with all the essentials, even if the furniture was a bit old. It was clean, though, and for the price, I thought it was okay. The only downside was that the soundproofing was pretty bad, and I could hear everything from the neighboring room.

The staff here are super friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the management team. They really make you feel at ease, which is a big plus. My only gripe is that the location is a bit noisy, but it's not a deal-breaker. Overall, I'd definitely come back if I had the chance.

I have to say, I was a bit confused when the staff couldn't find my booking after 15 minutes of searching at 3am. So, we just ended up paying the normal price for the room anyway. It was a bit of a hassle, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with bugs, which was a major issue.
