Staying here was a mixed bag - the location can't be beat and the front desk staff were really friendly. But the air conditioning was a major issue; basically, the whole floor is set to one temperature and the in-room controls don't actually do anything. We had to threaten to leave and ask for a refund before they finally brought in some portable AC units, which still didn't cool the room down enough.

This hotel has a classy vibe and seems to be a popular choice. That's about all I can say, since I didn't really experience much else during my stay.

The staff here are seriously top-of-the-line - Sunny and her team were super attentive, friendly, and professional. I was really impressed with how they treated me, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel based on the service alone.
