Aloft Sunnyvale

The staff were nice, especially Brian, and the hotel was close to downtown Sunnyvale. However, the parking lot was dirty and a condom wrapper was visible. The room was supposed to be ready at check‑in, but we waited an hour after the scheduled time. The room itself was not very clean, and there were sketchy people around the hotel. When we arrived, cops and shady-looking folks were in the parking lot, and a barefoot man was walking around the hotel looking for ice. The overall feel was unsafe, unclean, and not classy, so I want my money back. We left immediately and didn’t stay the night because we didn’t feel comfortable. Sunnyvale used to be nice; maybe it isn’t anymore.

Nice quick check in/check out, lots of good info from staff. Shout out to Lucy, great and informative employee. Appreciate her advice regarding the stadium. Close to the restaurant and night life. Great bars nearby. Shower leaked out in the floor creating puddle after every use, dirty stairwell, other then that decent, property, bit expensive for the kind of hotel

“Good place for a short term stay”

The place was well‑located, just a short walk from Sunnyvale’s center. The breakfast selection was limited and pricey. Parking was a hassle; there’s a large lot behind the hotel, but it was full, so I had to park on the street. It’s fine for a short stay.
