Only the reception counter was acceptable; the room was terrible—no blanket, a broken faucet, and cleaning didn’t arrive until after 8 pm, making it a total waste of money.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few issues - the room was tiny, the cleanliness was subpar, and the hotel itself was pretty basic. To make matters worse, I had trouble getting a receipt after booking online, and the management didn't even bother to respond to my concerns. It was a disappointing experience all around.
