What mattered most was that the front desk rescheduled my appointment at no extra cost. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the coffee was a rare find. The room service was tidy, and the bathroom fixtures worked, which isn’t always guaranteed. The noise level was huge, coming not only from outside but also through the walls, possibly via air ducts; the windows look old, and there is no air conditioning.
