The place is welcoming and the rooms are large, yet the bathrooms need remodeling and the breakfast could be better organized despite the nice details.

The bathroom was spacious with all the essentials and the beds were comfortable, but we had to switch rooms because the air‑conditioner in the quadruple didn’t work, so they gave us a triple even though we were in a four‑bedroom; we had to adapt. It was close to the place where we had to do something, so that was convenient, and parking was easy to find. The breakfast was unsatisfying, offering only packaged items.

The place was very clean and the shower worked well, and the price was fair, but the spiral staircase was very tight and the breakfast did not meet our expectations.

There was nothing positive to mention. The road was very noisy, with continuous traffic until two a.m. The bedside lamps didn’t work, so to avoid sleeping in complete darkness in an unfamiliar room I had to keep the bathroom light on all night. The shower mixer was defective: the water temperature jumped abruptly from cold (about 15 °C) to boiling (up to 80 °C), posing a real burn risk. The wall‑mounted shower support was broken, forcing me to hold the shower head with one hand while trying to lather with the other amid splashing hot water. Finally, there was no proper bath towel, only a small face towel.
