The staff were friendly, but the room wasn’t very pleasant: it had a leak and a water bottle fell into the bathroom sink in room 105, there was no executive fridge, no safe or closet door, the lights were very dim and there were very few.

The worst hotel we stayed at in Paris. The stay was a huge disappointment. The biggest issue was breakfast – practically nothing was offered, the whole breakfast area was dirty and not prepared for guests, there were no coffee cups or cutlery. When I asked for a cup, the staff gave me a plain paper one. One employee’s behaviour was downright scandalous: she first sat at the reception desk talking to me, which already seemed very unprofessional, then she went to get bread and touched it with bare hands, without gloves or any hygiene measures. The payment situation was also very unpleasant; the employee first claimed she didn’t speak English, then a moment later started speaking English and arguing with us, accusing us of not paying for breakfast even though we had a receipt. Finally, she told us we could leave a review because she had it somewhere. This attitude towards customers speaks for itself. The mess, lack of basic breakfast equipment, very poor hygiene when serving food, and the arrogant, unprofessional staff made the stay extremely unpleasant. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The staff’s behaviour and breakfast were definitely unacceptable and should be replaced.

For this price everything is fine, but it’s a bit far from the centre – a 30‑minute taxi ride.

“bonne surprise ! très bonne adresse”

The large rooms, good beds, excellent soundproofing and the air‑conditioning were great, but the breakfast reception was lacking.
